NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 14, 2016, entered in Case No. 15002763CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Mortgage Center, LLC is the Plaintiff and Kenneth L. Newton; Kenneth L. Newton, as Trustee of the Kenneth L. Newton Revocable Trust dated 2/21/05; The Unknown Beneficiaries of The Kenneth L. Newton Revocable Trust dated 2/21/05; Emerald Pointe Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the July 14, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT D-206, EMERALD POINTE, PHASE IV, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGES 50-A AND 50-B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 653, PAGE 530, ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
