NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 14, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 15002694CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff and VERONICA LYNN FORTNEY A/K/A VERONICA LYNN CLOUDAS F/K/A VERONICA LYNN LITWIN; SUNTRUST BANK; THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL J. FLUDER A/K/A MICHAEL JOHN FLUDER, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL J. FLUDER A/K/A MICHAEL JOHN FLUDER, DECEASED; LINDA JOANNE BRAUN A/K/A LINDA J. BRAUN; ROBERT ALLEN BOLLIG, II A/K/A ROBERT ALLEN BOLLIG; RONALD WAYNE BOLLIG A/K/A RONALD W. BOLLIG; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, INCLUDING, IF A NAMED DEFENDANT IS DECEASED, THE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, THE SURVIVING SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THAT DEFENDANT, AND ALL CLAIMANTS, PERSONS OR PARTIES, NATURAL OR CORPORATE, OR WHOSE EXACT LEGAL STATUS IS UNKNOWN, CLAIMING UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE NAMED OR DESCRIBED DEFENDANTS, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 14th day of July, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
