NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on July 15, 2016, that certain real property situated in the County of Charlotte, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
The North 62 feet of Lot 172 and the South 21 feet of Lot 173, of the A. STANLEY LAMPP SUBDIVISION, FIRST ADDITION TO NEW POINT COMFORT, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 59, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
