Landscape Maintenance and Tucor Irrigation Contract
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that bids will be received by the University Place Community Development District (CDD) until 5:00 p.m., local time, on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at the Offices of the District Manager, Severn Trent Services, located at 2654 Cypress Ridge Boulevard, Suite 101, Wesley Chapel, Florida 33544. The Board of Supervisors intends to review and rank all contractors and solicit fee proposals from the top ranked contractors.
The work for which this proposal is to be submitted consists of furnishing all labor, material, equipment, accessories and services necessary to sustain all turf and plant materials in a healthy and vigorous growing condition including mowing, fertilizing, pruning, mulching, herbicide and pesticide installation and irrigation as defined in the terms and conditions of the Specifications and the Contract Documents pertaining thereto. The contractor must have experience working with Tucor wiring.

The Board of Supervisors of the University Place Community Development District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in a bid and to make awards in the best interests of the District.
