NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2016 and entered in Case No. 2016-CC-351 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein MOTE RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JUDITH RAGONA is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 5 day of August, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 53, Arbor Lakes “B”, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 30, pages 59 through 66, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; A/K/A 7203 Spur Court, Lot 53, Sarasota 34243
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
