McClure, Bently Oaks Subdivision Homeowners Association, Inc., Unknown Party #1 Refused Name, Unknown Party #2 Refused Name, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 15th of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
