YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to Foreclose a Lien for unpaid homeowners' association assessments on the following real property located in Collier County, Florida:
Unit No. 8, in Building 193, of GRANADA LAKES VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3969, Page 1537, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as set forth in said Declaration
has been filed against you, GEOFFREY LEONG SILVER and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, whose name and address is as follows:
