NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 02, 2016, and entered in 2015CA-000394-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE EQUITY CONVERSION ASSET TRUST 2010-1 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES AND ALL OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MARIA GUNN WHATLEY, DECEASED; BILL S. WHATLEY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Stacy M.
