The administration of the intestate estate of CLARA STELLA CHERY, deceased, whose date of death was the 20th day of June, 2015, is pending in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division; Case Number: 2016-CP-001266; UCN: 11-2016-CP-001266-0001-XX; the address of which is Clerk of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court, Collier County, Florida, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 102, Naples, Florida 34112-5324. The names and addresses of the personal representatives and the personal representatives' attorney are set forth below.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons who have claims or demands against the decedent's estate including unmatured, contingent or unliquidated claims, and who have been served a copy of this notice, must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent and other persons who have claims or demands against the decedent's estate, including unmatured, contingent or unliquidated claims, must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CREDITORS MUST FILE CLAIMS AGAINST THE ESTATE WITH THE COURT WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA STATUTES ยง 733.702 OR BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
