TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ABOVE ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the estate of NANCY A. SHIELDS, deceased, File No. 16-01288-CP, by the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 102, Naples, Florida 34112; that the decedent's date of death was May 1, 2016; that the total value of the estate is approximately $17,000, and that the names and respective addresses of the persons to whom it has been assigned by such Order are BRUCE M. SHIELDS and GORDON A. SHIELDS, as successor co-Trustees of the Nancy A. Shields Trust under Agreement dated April 5, 2000, 111 Moorings Park Drive, Unit 214, Naples, Florida 34105, and 2974 Montclair Avenue, Lewis Center, Ohio 43035.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the estate of the decedent and other persons who have claims or demands against the estate of the decedent other than those for whom provision for full payment was made in the Order of Summary Administration must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE.
ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER APPLICABLE TIME PERIOD, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
