YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Tittle to Real Property Subsequent to Tax Deed Sale has been filed against Gail Waite Gage, in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, Florida and bears a caption of Mark I. Moorman, vs. Gail Waite Gage, et. al., Case Number 16-CA-192 in regards to the property situated in Collier County, Florida and legally described as:
West 150 feet of Tract 13, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 40, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in plat Book 7, Page 25, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on or before August 5, 2016, on the Plaintiff's attorney, whose name and address is David T. Lupo, Esq., Law Office of Sam J. Saad III, 2670 Airport Road South, Naples, FL 34112 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
