HADDOCK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL HADDOCK AKA MICHAEL JHADDOCK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; are defendants. LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 15 day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 17, SAN CARLOS PARK, UNITS 3 AND 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 11 AND 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
