Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 8, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 46, OF MARLIN RUN CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATON OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2446, PAGE 226, AND ANYAMENDMENTS THERETO; AND AS SHOWN AND DEFINED ON THE SURVEY, PLOT PLAN AND GRAPHIC DESCRIPTION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 8, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on July 11, 2016 beginning at 09:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
