NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 9th June, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-001477-NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AC1, is the Plaintiff and FLORIDA FIRST ESCROW COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 8577 LABOCA TRUST U/T/D 9/23/2002; RIYAD A. KHLEIF A/K/A ROD KHLEIF; DOLORES YUNKER; COVE CLEANERS, INC.; MEILIN KHLEIF; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A; IF LIVING, AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are defendants.
