NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 11, 2016, entered in Civil Case No. 2009 CA 012984 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WMALT SERIES 2005-7, Plaintiff and THIERRY CASSAGNOL JULIE CASSAGNOL, et al are defendant(s), Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on August 9, 2016 at 9:00 am or as soon as possible thereafter at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 222 AND 223, BAY ISLAND, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 171-173, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THIS SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
