NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 9, 2016, entered in Case No. 2014 CA 005939 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC HOLDINGS, LLC is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under or against Christopher R. Witcraft a/k/a Christopher Robert Witcraft a/k/a Chris Witcraft a/k/a Christopher Witcraft, Deceased; Kayla Lynn Witcraft, as an Heir of the Estate of Christopher R. Witcraft a/k/a Christopher Robert Witcraft a/k/a Chris Witcraft a/k/a Christopher Witcraft, Deceased; Camilla Jaekel a/k/a Cammella Jaekle, as Trustee of the Testament Trust for the Benefit of Kayla Lynn Witcraft, as an Heir of the Estate of Christopher R. Witcraft a/k/a Christopher Robert Witcraft a/k/a Chris Witcraft a/k/a Christopher Witcraft, Deceased; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual Defendant(s) who are not kn are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 14th day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit::
LOT 19, BLOCK K, AMARYLLIS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 56 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
