NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment/Order of Foreclosure dated , entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-006589-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FRANK W. MARTIN and/or DENISE W. MARTIN, Trustees uad 1/23/2002, is Plaintiff, and TAYLOR WALDMANN, HEATHER WALDMANN, and any and all known parties are Defendants. I will sell the following property located in SARASOTA County, Florida:
Lot 12, GREENBRIAR HOMES, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 75, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby in the Sarasota County Courthouse in the City of Sarasota, Florida, (via Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com) at 9:00A.M on July 20, 2016. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashi er's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
