YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
Tract 15 of the unrecorded plat of Shady Oaks Ranches:
A portion of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 32, Township 24 South, Range 17 East, Pasco County, Florida, being further described as follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of said Section 32, then run along the East line of said Section 32, South 00 degrees 02 minutes 15 seconds West, 2010 feet; thence South 89 degrees 48 minutes 45 seconds West, 335 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue South 89 degrees 48 minutes 45 seconds West, 330 feet; thence North 00 degrees 02 minutes 15 seconds East 660 feet; thence North 89 degrees 48 minutes 45 seconds East 330 feet; thence South 00 degrees 02 minutes 15 seconds West, 660 feet to the Point of Beginning; the South 25 feet thereof being subject to an easement for Public Road right-of-way.

You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, P.A., whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, FL 32312, at least thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint. *On or before July 25, 2016.
