NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 14, 2014, and subsequent Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated May 17, 2016 entered in Civil Case No.: 2008-CA-3784 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on this 11th day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
