NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 2, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-001849-CAAX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARGARET PICKFORD; BRIAN PICKFORD A/K/A/ BRIAN E. PICKFORD A/K/A/ BRIAN EDMOND PICKFORD; DAVID JAMES BARKER F/K/A/ DAVID JAMES PICKFORD; CHRISTOPHER M. PICKFORD; HARVEY MICHAEL PICKFORD A/K/A/ HARVEY M. PICKFORD; STATE OF FLORIDA; PASCO COUNTY, CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 RAUL RODRIGUEZ IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 25TH day of JULY, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1204, THE LAKES, UNIT EIGHT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 120-121, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
