NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 1, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA002266CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-1, is the Plaintiff and TRUSTEE OF PRIVE AUTOMOTIVE LLC OF, AS TRUSTEE UNDER A TRUST AGREEMENT AND KNOWN AS TRUST NO. 27801BR DATED MARCH 6, 2013; JOSE C. REVUELTA; REGIONS BANK DBA AMSOUTH BANK; TAMPA BAY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; FORD MORTOR CREDIT COMPANY AND LAND ROVER CAPITAL GROUP, NORTHWOOD OF PASCO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; UNKNOWN TENANT(S), are Defendants, Paula S.
