Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk & Comptroller, will sell the property situate in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
The East 100 feet of the West 300 feet of the South 150 feet of Tract 17 of Port Richey Land Company Subdivision of Section 10, Township 25 South, Range 16 East, as shown on the Plat recorded in Plat Book 1, at Page 61, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; the North 25 feet thereof being subject to an easement for public road right-of-way and/or utilities, being Parcel 3 of the unrecorded plat of BAYONET POINT ESTATES. Together with that certain 1969 PACM Mobile Home, VIN 8952,which is permanently affixed to the real property.
in an electronic sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on July 28, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
