NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015CA002588CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Michelle S. Ayers a/k/a Michelle Ayers; Russell W. Ayers a/k/a Russell Ayers; The Unknown Spouse of Michelle S. Ayers a/k/a Michelle Ayers; The Unknown Spouse of Russell W. Ayers a/k/a Russell Ayers; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees or Other Claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 11th day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 120, HILLANDALE, UNIT TWO, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 108, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
