NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 26, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015CA003877CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Citibank, N.A. as successor Trustee to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for MASTR Alternative Loan Trust 2007-HF1, Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2007-HF1 is the Plaintiff and Ronald C. Knight; Diana Knight are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 14th day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, GROVE PARK UNIT 7, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 130, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
