NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 26, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA002572CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff, and STEVEN J. OLRECH, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27 day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 44, LESS Parcel 44-A, SPRING LAKE ESTATES UNIT #1, as shown on Plat recorded in Plat Book 9, page 40, of the public records of Pasco County, Florida. Parcel 44-A is further described as follows:
Commence at the Northwest corner of said Lot 44 for a Point of Beginning, thence run along the North boundary line of said Lot 44 South 89 degrees 44 minutes 45 seconds East, a distance of 40.0 feet, thence South 10 degrees 24 minutes 20 seconds East, a distance of 70.20 feet to the Westerly boundary line of said Lot 44, North 37 degrees 16 minutes 12 seconds West, a distance of 87.0 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
