NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 6, 2016, entered in Case No. 29-2014-CA-010391 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and ELIJAH W. ANDERSON A/K/A ELIJAH WILSON ANDERSON A/K/A ELIJAH ANDERSON; GLORY J. ANDERSON A/K/A GLORY JEAN ANDERSON A/K/A GLORIA J. ANDERSON; DOROTHY L. TILLMAN; TENANT #1 N/K/A ELIJAH ANDERSON, JR are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 11th day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 12, PROGRESS VILLAGE UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 32, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
