NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 07, 2015, and entered in 29-2015-CA-000361 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and MARRLINDA K. TROUTMAN-GOODMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARRLINDA K. TROUTMAN-GOODMAN; LINDA M. TROUTMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA M. TROUTMAN are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 11, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 23 AND 24, BLOCK H, ELIZABETH COURT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
