NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 9, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-001032, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association is Plaintiff and LOUIS A. THOMAS; PAULA C. MATTHEW; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOUIS A. THOMAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAULA C. MATTHEW; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; SOUTH FORK OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 19 day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, BLOCK “A” SOUTH FORK UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, PAGE(S) 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
