NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 30, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-005481-CI, of the County Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, and pursuant to Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 14, 2016, wherein BARKWOOD SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, Plaintiff, and NICOULAS AL SARWEEL, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. and SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC., Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court shall sell at public sale in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on July 14, 2016, to the highest bidder for cash, the following property, as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 6387, of Barkwood Square, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 42, Page(s) 25-27, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5027, Page 458 et. seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration of Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
