NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to an Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 5th day of May A.D., 2016, in the cause wherein, Equestleader.com, Inc., a Virginia Corporation was plaintiff(s) and Harris, Jimmy, et al etc., was defendant(s), being Case No 11-011454-CI in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(River of Life International Outreach Center, Inc., in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:

A triangular portion of farm 35, Section 20, Township 30 south, range 16 east, Pinellas County Florida, Pinellas Farms, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 4 and 5 Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part, more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the northeast corner of the northwest 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of Section 20 Township 30 south, range 16 east, Pinellas County, Florida; thence westerly along the north boundary of said northwest 1/4 to a point on the northerly extension of the east boundary of the property described in O.R. Book 6352, Page 1080, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; Thence southerly along said extension, a distance of 30.00 feet to the northeast corner of said property, said corner also being the point of beginning; thence continue along the east boundary of said property, a distance of 10.00 feet; thence northeasterly to a point on the north boundary of said property which is 10.00 feet west of said northeast property corner; thence east along said north boundary, a distance of 10.00 feet to the point of beginning.
