NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-005033-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HARBOUR WATCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and DAN JANNIKSEN, et al. are the Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
