NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 3, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-000220-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION A TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-RF1, is Plaintiff and ROSEMARY BERNARD, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 18th day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 1, Boulevard Park No. 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 50 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 4308 72nd Avenue North, Pinellas Park, FL 33781
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
