NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 13th day of May, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-005061-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and BEVERLY BOYCE; RANDY BOYCE A/K/A RANDALL K. BOYCE; SHALIMAR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF INDIAN ROCKSBEACH, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 13th day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 5218, PAGE 1617, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5721, PAGE 1742, TOGETHER WITH ANY FURTHER AMENDMENTS ATTACHING THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
