NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order resetting foreclosure sale dated June 2, 2016 in the above action, Ken Burke, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pinellas County Florida, on July 18, 2016, by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., for the following described property:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
