NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 10, 2016, and entered in 14-006014-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff and LEONARD A. HARDY, JR.; TRU-COAT ENTERPRISES, INCORPORATED, AS TRUSTEE OF THE LEONARD A. HARDY JR FAMILY TRUST; TRU-COAT ENTERPRISES, INCORPORATED; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE LEONARD A. HARDY JR FAMILY TRUST are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 08, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
