NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 16-000701-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, MONROE, ROSALIND, et. al., are Defendants, clerk Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of August, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 24, BLOCK 5, TANGERINE TERRACE ANNEX, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 97 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, LESS AND EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING DESCRIPTION PORTION:
THAT PART OF LOT 24, BLOCK 5, TANGERINE TERRACE ANNEX, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 97 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 24; THENCE RUN NORTHERLY ALONG THE WEST LINE OF LOT 24, 10.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY 14.14 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 24; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE, 10.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
