NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 13th day of September, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at, or as soon thereafter as same can be done at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk of this Court will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real and personal property, situate and being in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 205, OF POINT-PASS-A-GRILLE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE(S) 30-32, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4746, PAGE 776 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH: all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter made a part of the property.
Property Address: 200 1st Avenue, Unit #205, Saint Petersburg, FL 33706.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil No. 2008-4891 CI 7 now pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, and other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
