NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 19, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2015CA006329 of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein MIDFIRST BANK is Plaintiff and VICKY CASTANEDA, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION, DIXIE BURGESS, RUTH BURGESS, BA MORTGAGE, LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BARNETT MORTGAGE COMPANY, AQUA FINANCE, INC, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE ESTATE OF VERNON L. BURGESS A/K/A VERNON BURGESS, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIXIE BURGESS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 21ST day of July, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 290.5 FEET OF THE SOUTH 158 FEET OF THE NORTH 342 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 (LESS ROAD), ALL LYING AND BEING SITUATED IN SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 21 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
