Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, d/b/a Christiana Trust as trustee of the Residential Credit Opportunities Trust Series 2015-1, Plaintiff, and Thomas E. Towns, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the online auction www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am on the 28th day of July, 2016, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, “WEKIVA RUN PHASE I”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGES 30 THROUGH 36, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
