NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 16, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-12255-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and H. IVAN SALVADOR, AS TRUSTEE FOR TRUST NO. 9511, DATED MARCH 5, 2007; DEBRA K. WITTERA/K/A DEBRA WITTER; SUTTON RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR ORANGE COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of July, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 88, SUTTON RIDGE PHASE THREE UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
