NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 26, 2016 in Civil Case No. 48-2015-CA-006977-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is Plaintiff and ALEX MITCHELL, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, WASHINGTON PARK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC., CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ORLANDO, ORANGE COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, BRANDON HENDERSON, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST BONNIE KIM ABRAMS AKA BONNIE K. ABRAMS FKA BONNIE A. HENDERSON, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26TH day of July, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 7, Block 11, Washington Park, Section No. 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book “O”, Page 151, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
