UNIT 118, 8303 RESORT, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED MAY 26, 2005 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7987, PAGE 4855, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION AS AMENDED.
