NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 23, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-007851-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and SEWCHAND SRIRAM, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, OCOEE COMMONS PUD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGES(S) 92 THROUGH 98, INCLUSIVE, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
