ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R10, is the Plaintiff and DANIEL VALENTI; APRIL M. VALENTI; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL BANK are the Defendant(s).
