NOTICE is hereby given that, Barbara T. Scott, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, will on the 13th day of June, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. EST, via the online auction site at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 104, Block 24, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 2, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Pages 30A through 30H, inclusive, public records of Charlotte County, Florida.

pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
