NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated 2/29/16, entered in Civil Case No.: 15001738CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and VICTOR GENKIN; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 29th day of April, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 3750 OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTON SIXTY FIVE, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE(S) 3A THROUGH 3P INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 7272 BASEL LANE, ENGLEWOOD, FL., 34224
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
