NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, Case No. 2015 CA 000350 in which, Mariners Companies, Plaintiff, and Charles A. Gallagher; Ignez M. Gallagher; M&I Bank, FSB; and Any Unknown Tenant in Possession, Defendants, and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described on the following described property in Manatee County, Florida:
Lot 1, Block B, Whitfield Country Club Heights, Unit No. 1, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page(s) 79 and 80, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
a/k/a 1212 Magellan Drive, Sarasota, Florida 34243 (“Property”)
Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto, the Clerk of Manatee County, will offer the above-referenced real property to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 15th of April, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time at www.manatee.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
