NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 41-2014-CA-001899 in the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, JACQUELINE DRUCILLA MATTHEWS A/K/A JACQUELENE MATTHEWS, DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 24nd day of March, 2016, the following described property:
LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK B, WHITAKER`S SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 56 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 34, SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
