NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2016, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-002023 AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and J. MARTIN LEON-PENA; et al., are Defendant(s).
I, Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on the 26th day of May, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, HOMESTEAD ACRES, a subdivision, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 32, Pages 105 and 106, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
