Williams, Deceased; Amy E Conley, As an Heir of The Estate of Margery Williams A/K/A Margery Sylak Williams A/K/A Margery S. Williams, Deceased; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; United States of America-Internal Revenue Service; Gulf Coast Assistance, LLC; State of Florida; Manatee County Clerk of Circuit C are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 29th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, RUBY'S LAKE VIEW, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
